Description
A $2,000 allowance has been allocated for permitting fees and associated costs. Should the actual fees be less than the allowance, a change order will be issued, and any unused funds will be refunded to the customer. If the fees exceed the allocated amount, a change order will be issued, and the customer will be invoiced for the additional costs.
