Description
The River Pools Basic Install includes everything listed in our base package IF the follow requirements are met:
-A standard coping option by River Pools (Concrete, Paver, or Natural Stone) and electrical work must accompany this package in contract.
-Pool only (no add on spas/tanning ledges) in standard colors (Arctic, Maya, Caribbean).
– Access to the pool site is at least 17′ wide and does not require a crane for pool delivery. Materials can be delivered and dropped at the work site (dumping and loading at the street do not meet requirements).
-The grade of the property does not exceed 18″ across the width/length of the pool. (Additional gravel fees for any grade change that exceeds 10″) The pool must be installed above grade.
-River Pools will rough grade the work zone (10′ around the pool) and access as a part of this package at the completion of pool shell installation.
The following accessories are not available for “Basic Install”: elevated water features, water slides, deck jets, and autocover.
The following accessories are available add on options for the “Basic Install”: Lights, bubblers, spa jets, heater, heather/chiller, autovac, future water feature, and security cover.
